Josh Freeman

Josh Freeman is a business attorney that specializes in mergers and acquisitions, securities, and business formation and tax structuring. He received his Juris Doctor degree from The University of Utah in 2009 where he graduated with Honors. Josh has also received awards from Super Lawyers throughout 2014 to 2020.

Josh is licensed within Utah and Colorado, speaks Spanish, and while not practicing law, he enjoys postmodern literature, playing tennis, automation coding, and crocheting.
